• Clarifying and defining complex system requirements demanded on the system by the customers, standards such as norms, statutes, safety requirements.
• Drafting, creating and coordinating the functional system specifications and system architecture in accordance with general g uidelines and methods, with the inclusion of the existing proprietary, standard and third party systems.
• Coordinating and administrating the requirements development environment and tools for the project team
• Reating a system engineering planning and cooperate with the software/algo/hardware/mechanical team.
• Coordinate the development activities with TPL/EPM, control the project development planing.
• Management the development issus, coordinate the development team for the issue debugging.
• Analysis the change during the development phase, provide the technical solution.
• Identify the risks during the project development phase, control the risks with the R&D team.
• Coordinate the trouble shoting in the customer vehicles
• Interface in China to support core function development with global core team.
• Management the requirements in the PTC/Doors
• Release the parts in each key milestone according to the timing plan
• Supplier monitoring for the follow source parts manufacturing.
• Interface with OEM customers and support meetings
• Develop demo car with core function team and cross function team UALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• 5 years above work experience in automotive industry
• Bachelor/Master degree in Major in Electric Engineering / Vehicle Engineering / Mechatronics engineering /Software engineering
• Good knowledge about the Mechatronic parts in automotive industry.
• Good knowledge about the Autosar architecture/ Matlab model development.
• Good knowledge about the ASPICE process.
• Good knowledge about the CAN/LIN/UDS/FBL requirement and specification
• Good knowledge about the EE/EMC/Climate requirement in OEM side
• Good knowledge about the software architecture
• Good knowledge about the hardware block digrame, familar with the popular MCU/SOC family useage.
• Familar with the mechatronics parts such as airbag control unit, motorized safety belt,hands on/off detection steering wheel, muti-function switch etc vehicle body/chassis parts.
• Familar with sub-component such as BDC/BLDC motor, sensors, Lighting control,etc..
• Familar with the Camera parts in the vehicle.
• Knowledge of software/hardware/mechanical design processes
• Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink/Targetlink model development.
• Good English oral and written skills to communicate with global team /customers
• Willing to learn, initiative to take more responsibility ，optimistic and teamworking ,highly motivated and disciplined in time management
