• Operator or supplier sourcing for better price and quality to meet business needs

开发运营商或供应商资源，以优化价格及质量从而满足业务需求

• Best effort to negotiate with suppliers to meet payment target duration

努力和供应商谈判以获得最惠支付条件，比如价格及账期

• Making monthly payment plan to meet controlled budget

制定月付款计划，达到预算控制的目标

• Maintenance of good relationship with operators/suppliers

与运营商/供应商维护良好关系

• Negotiating all business-related terms

有能力谈判所有的商务条款

• Supporting technical team for SIM arrangement

给技术团队进行SIM管理提供必要的支持

• Bridging technical team and operators/suppliers for required support

作为外部运营商/供应商与内部技术团队的纽带，以提供必要的联系支持

• Participating industry seminars potentially

参与业界的研讨会

任职要求： 1. 5 years or more experience in related industry

5年电信相关行业的工作经验

• Oversea operators/vendors work experience is a bonus

有海外运营商/供应商经验者优先考虑

• Experience on contract negotiation

具有合同谈判经验

• Ability to make business judgement/decision among multiple vendors

具有在多个供应商情况下进行商业判断的能力

• Telecom or IT knowledge

具有基本的电信、IT知识

• English as routine working language

英文作为基本的沟通、工作语言
