该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责磷酸铁或磷酸铁锂的技术研发、产品质量分析及性能评估； 2.负责行业内相关技术资料收集与分析； 3.参与研发项目理想，为新产品开发过程提供本专业领域的技术保障； 4.参与设计、搭建项目生产线，并进行相关的工艺参数实验，根据实验结果指导生产； 5.会同生产部门完成试生产，处理试生产过程中的技术、工艺问题。 任职要求： 1.硕士及以上学历，材料化学、化工或新能源材料等相关专业； 2.在校期间有磷酸铁或磷酸铁锂研发经验者 3.热爱研发工作，具备较强的学习能力和执行力，具有能够独立分析解决问题的能力
