项目工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• Lead the kick off meeting of new project, prepare and manage the whole plan of the project;主导新项目的 kick off会议，对项目的整个计划进行准备和管理；
• Organize the delivery of product samples and products before mass production, and ensure the on-time delivery of products for all projects (E-APQP, PPAP, etc.)组织量产前的产品样件与产品等的交付，并确保所有项目的产品能够准时交付（E-APQP，PPAP，等）
• Review project documents;对项目文件进行审核；
• Track and analyze the problems in the project process to ensure that the project enters the mass production phase smoothly;跟踪并分析项目过程的问题，保证项目顺利进入量产阶段；
• Calculate and control project cost;统计核算并控制项目成本；
• Analyze customer complaints;分析客户抱怨；
• Organize project communication meetings for new projects;组织新项目的项目沟通会；
• Complete technical tasks and standardization work of the department;完成部门技术任务与标准化工作；
• Keep track of the shutdown of ECR/ECN.跟踪ECR/ECN的关闭情况。 工作职责：
• Bachelor degree or above, excellent ability can be relaxed;本科及以上学历，能力优秀者可适当放宽；
• Mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, mold related majors;机械设计制造及其自动化、模具相关专业；
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;有良好的英语听说读写能力；
• More than 3 years experience in foreign/joint venture auto parts industry, familiar with product and project development process of vehicle manufacturing plants; Familiar with auto parts project management and development process外资/合资 汽车零部件行业3年以上经验，熟悉整车制造厂产品及项目开发流程；熟悉汽车零部件项目管理及开发流程；
