【岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities】

1. 负责阿联酋及海湾地区钢材（棒材、板材、钢坯等）的本地化销售与市场开拓。

Develop and expand the local sales network for steel products (rebar, plate, billet, etc.) across the UAE and GCC region.

2. 制定并执行属地业务策略，把控贸易风险，完成年度销售与利润目标。

Formulate and execute localized business strategies, control trade risks, and achieve annual sales and profit targets.

3. 建立并维护与本地钢厂、贸易商、终端用户的长期合作关系。

Build and maintain long-term partnerships with local steel mills, traders, and end-users.

4. 跟踪市场价格波动及竞品动态，定期提交市场分析报告。

Monitor market price fluctuations and competitor activities, and submit regular market analysis report

任职要求 | Qualifications】

1. 经验：至少3年阿联酋钢铁行业本地化业务经验，熟悉当地市场规则及客户资源。

Experience: Minimum 3 years of local business experience in the UAE steel industry, with solid knowledge of market regulations and an established client network.

2. 能力：精通钢材贸易流程或终端销售，具备优秀的谈判与市场洞察力。

Skills: Proficient in steel trading procedures or end-user sales, with strong negotiation skills and market insight.

3. 语言与证件：英语可作为工作语言（懂阿拉伯语或中文者优先）；持有阿联酋有效驾照者优先。

Language & Documents: English proficiency required (Arabic or Chinese is a plus); UAE driving license is preferred.

4. 国籍：不限。
