• Leads the plant level maintenance program setup and develop maintenance plan accordingly,
• Evaluating plant facility improvement opportunities, and implementing improvement projects.
• Study all machines operation and all production processes to find out the best ways of machine working
• Setting, resetting, updating and optimizing the running programs of the machines to ensure the machines running properly for the maximized output of the machines.
• Monitors and tracks equipment operation and interact with maintenance technicians to find out the better ways of machine working.
• Initiate and lead the optimization of the machines.
• Ensures that all maintenance personnel are adequately trained, equipped and motivated so that the plants maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
• Responsible for coordinating and scheduling all maintenance down time in order to minimize down-time.
• Implements programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
• Ensure work area is safe and reports all accidents.
