• 负责顾客到店接待、引导就座及用餐流程协助，提供礼貌、专业、及时的服务响应。 2. 准确记录并传达顾客预订信息、特殊需求及现场点单情况，确保前后台信息同步。 3. 协同厨房、服务员及收银等岗位，保障服务流程顺畅；主动发现并协助处理现场服务异常情况。 4. 维护前台区域整洁与物料齐备，按规范完成每日交接班及基础运营台账登记。
• 高中或中专及以上学历， hospitality（酒店管理）、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。 2. 具备1年以上餐饮或服务业一线客户服务经验，有连锁餐饮品牌工作经验者更佳。 3. 具备良好的语言表达与沟通协调能力，能清晰传达信息并妥善应对多样化顾客需求。 4. 形象端正，亲和力强，具备较强的服务意识与应变能力，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排。 5. 熟练使用常见办公软件及餐厅POS系统操作，具备基础数据录入与信息管理能力。
