What they need
职位描述：
- 机房 IDC 远程管理，机房网络基础设施管理，云服务资源管理
- 参与系统架构和运行部署架构的设计工作，为运维做好充分准备
- 负责产品部署、更新以及日常运维，如系统状态监控、集群扩容、故障恢复等
- 负责将运维过程中发现的问题反馈给开发团队，并配合问题的排查
职位要求：
- 熟悉 Linux 服务器，两年以上全 Linux 环境使用经验
- 熟悉常用业务基础设施 Nginx / HAProxy / Redis / Memcached 等的维护
- 熟悉常用防火墙设备的管理和配置
- 熟悉任一规模化服务器管理工具 Saltstack / Ansible / Puppet
- 熟悉常见网络设备和网络协议
- 有坚毅的性格，高度责任心，较好沟通能力，对未知事物有强烈好奇
