השכלה: תואר ראשון (B.Sc.) בהנדסה אזרחית / הנדסאי/ת אזרחי/ת. רישום מקצועי: רשום/ה או זכאי/ת להירשם בפנקס המהנדסים והאדריכלים או בפנקס ההנדסאים והטכנאים.
