该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： Responsibility Description： 1.参与TA早期质量评审，确保设计符合既定的标准和规范；牵头同类设计问题信息收集及原因分析，推进关联业务流程的改进，不断推进设计流程改进优化。 Participate in TA early quality review to ensure that the design meets established standards and specifications; Lead the collection and analysis of information on similar design issues, promote the improvement of related business processes, and continuously improve and optimize the design process. 2.对接产品设计规范和标准，编制开发相关设计质量的检验检验标准，并落实标准在检验端的执行；支持问题发现部门相关设计质量问题分析解决，对接设计部门就系统性问题推进改进。 Coordinate product design specifications and standards, develop inspection and testing standards for related design quality, and implement the implementation of standards at the inspection position; Support the analysis and resolution of design quality issues related to problem discovery area, and coordinate with the design department problem solving. 3.与机械设计工程师、制造工程师、来料检工程师、测试工程师、维修工程师和其他相关部门紧密合作，参与设计评审和验证活动，确保设计满足客户需求和质量标准落地，确保设计开发早期的可制造性、可测量性和可维修性。 Work closely with mechanical design engineers, manufacturing engineers, incoming material engineers, testing engineers, maintenance engineers and other related departments to participate in design review and verification activities, ensure that the design meets customer needs and quality standards, and ensure the manufacturability, measurability and maintainability of the design development the early phase. 4.关注行业内的最新质量控制技术和方法，推动设计过程质量的持续改进；能积极参与新机台新技术、新材料、新标准引入的评估活动，提升早期设计质量和效率。 Focus on the new quality control technologies and methods in the industry, Promote CIP of the design quality, actively participate in evaluation activities for core parts ECO and improve the design quality. 5.服从领导和部门工作安排，并积极有效开展工作。 Obey leadership and departmental work arrangements, actively and effectively carry out work.

任职资格：

Candidate Qualifications： 1．本科及以上学历，机械制造和设计、机电一体化或电气自动化 211 Bachelor's degree or above，Mechanical Manufacturing and Design、Mechatronics or Electrical automation 2．相关行业5年及以上工作经验 More than 5 years working experiences on related profession 3．能够看懂机械设计图纸、装配图纸和流体图纸，或电气设计图纸、电气原理图纸；熟悉半导体设备制造的工艺流程和相关半导体行业的标准；了解质量控制工艺及QS9000/TS16949质量体系标准，质量问题解决工具应用和流程管理办法。 Understand mechanical design drawings, assembly and fluid drawings, or Understand electrical design drawings and principle drawings. Familiar with the flow process of Semiconductor equipment manufacturing and SEMI standards. Master quality control process, routine quality tools and quality system. 4．具有良好的计算机应用能力，了解SolidWorks、AutoCAD等机械设计软件的应用 Good skills of & computer application ability，Understanding of the application of mechanical design software such as Solid-works and AutoCAD etc. 5．具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立完成质量改进任务；具备良好的语言组织能力和流程及报告编制能力。 Having excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to independently complete quality improvement tasks. Have good language organization skills, process and report preparation abilities. 6．具有强烈的责任心和质量意识，能够严格遵守公司的质量工作流程；能够承受工作压力，适应快速变化的工作环境；有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够在多部门协作中发挥作用。 Having a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness, able to strictly comply with the company’s quality procedures.
