该职位来源于猎聘 签第三方合同。 岗位职责： 1、过程质量管控 — 负责焊装工程工序的过程质量检查与问题闭环，保证焊接/涂胶及外观质量达成。 2、缺陷分析与改进 — 主导焊装后工程的质量问题分析，涂装及总装反馈问题识别，推动工艺改进 3、质量标准执行 — 监督现场按质量控制计划（QCP）执行首末件检验、关键特性点检 4、项目阶段参加涂装及总装的质量评审会及白板会，保证焊装导致的缺陷在涂装及总装快速对策关闭。
