该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责：负责KFC旗下肯悦咖啡门店业务 1、按照公司开发流程及开发标准协助区域商圈的调研，确保开发出符合公司要求的新址； 2、主动开发有经营潜力的新点，达成年度开发目标； 3、负责租赁合同的谈判及签署工作； 4、负责相关部门协调工作为开设新店做准备，确保新店顺利开设； 5、全国、地方策略联盟执行； 岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，专业不限 2、较强的沟通能力及逻辑思维能力 3、有2年以上浙江省内连锁咖啡企业选址开发经验，具备网络规划岗位经验尤佳 4、工作踏实，勤奋，能适应浙江省内频繁出差 5、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件(PHOTOSHOP,PPT)
