• EXPERIENCE / 经验
• At least 5 years’ experience of production management in manufacturing. / 最少五年生产营运管理经验。
• At least 2 years management experience, team managed more than 20 persons. / 最少2年管理100人以上团队成员经验。
• SKILLS / 技能
• Familiar with the LEAN production. / 熟悉精益生产。
• Familiar with IATF, ISO system knowledge. / 熟悉IATF、ISO质量体系知识。
• Excellent managerial, supervisory and team building skills to direct and lead staff. / 具有优秀的管理教导及团队建设技巧。
• Excellent presentation skills, good verbal, and written communication capability in English. / 具有优秀的演示能力和良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
• Ability to do operation guidance and personnel training is preferred. / 优先考虑能够实施作业指导和教育者。

• Lead the production to fulfill the targets of output, scrap rate, on-time delivery. / 领导达成产量、报废率、及时交货的目标。
• Optimize the operation activities to reduce overall production & material cost. / 优化生产流程，降低生产及材料损耗。
• Continuous improvement to the operation efficiency and productivity. / 持续改进生产效率及生产力。
• Elaborate, manage and control annual budget with monthly reviews for prior results and the forecast for the future; Manage expenses to meet the financial goals of the organization. / 管控月度预算使用并预测未来的使用，管理生产费用达到财务目标。
• Follow up on approved projects, using teamwork and holding regular reviews to check on strategy and work on solving problems. / 跟进项目，组织团队并定期回顾，以达到问题的解决及战略上的安排。
• Manage production staff, provide ongoing training, and help employees improve their job skills. / 管理好生产员工，对员工进行持续培训和帮助员工提高工作技能。
• Well manage production site, process, safety, and environment, and improve continuously. / 对生产现场、生产过程、安全和环境进行良好的管理，并不断提高。
