• At least 7 years' experience of equipment management in manufacturing. / 七年以上制造业设备管理工作经验。

• Master the knowledge of safety for plant. / 掌握生产设备安全知识。
• Familiar with the electrical and mechanical knowledge. / 熟悉电气、机械方面知识。

• Manage the MID department, know the targets of MID, cost, and other aspects clearly, ensure the MID department effectively to fulfill operation's requirements (including safety), and report to Director. / 管理 MID部门，清楚地了解MID 部门目标、运营成本等，确保MID 部门的有效运作以及时满足生产的需求（包括安全需求)，并向运营总监汇报。
• Develop and update guidelines and work standards that support the attainment of the mission and goals. / 不断完善和更新部门规章制度和工作标准以支持各项任务和目标的达成。
• Actively participate in the management of policies, work standards, operations, budgeting, management, quality and health and safety. / 积极参与公司管理，如制度、工作标准、预算、管理层与员工关系、质量、健康和安全等。
• Cross function with other internal departments and external sources, to resolve both issues and conflicts quickly to the attainment of operations related issues and our mission and goals. / 充分调动和利用公司内外部资源，迅速解决生产过程中出现的问题，达成各项任务和目标。
• Hire, terminate, discipline, authorize overtime and evaluate performance for the subordinate．/ 负责本部门的人事任免安排、授权加班、评估工作绩效。
• Train and inspire the staffs and develop the subordinates. / 培训和激励部门员工，使其得到发展和提高。
• Monitor the MID projects related to innovation, simulation, and designs experiments, improve equipment or product design, and improve performance. / 监控与创新、仿真、试验设计有关的 MID 项目，不断提高设备性能或改善新产品设计。
• Manage the innovations projects and design for continuously the products/machinery for future automation feasibility. / 管理创新项目并持续更新新产品和机械结构的设计，以实现未来的自动化或其可行性。
• Cooperate and support other departments. / 具有良好的团队合作精神，支持其它部门的工作。
• Actively participate as the management team member, seek for the development of the company. / 作为管理团队成员，积极参与公司管理并寻求公司的发展。
