• Job Description:
• Promote services and introduce new services to the market.
• Develop and implement the BVS Sales & Marketing plan.
• Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Stay current in industry by attending training, conferences and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
• Maintain close collaboration with BVS technical centers.
• Lead and manage commercial and technical meetings with the clients.
• Lead and manage opportunity commercial and technical proposals.
• Comply with the BVS Quality Management System.
• Support General Manager achieve BVS financial performance targets.
• Maintain BVS’ sales funnel and record of Sales in Teams and SalesForce.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; and/or
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
• Experience in management would be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.
