该职位来源于猎聘 Business Communications Partner About the Role We are looking for a curious, business-minded and highly engaging communications professional to join our People, Culture & Communications team. This role goes beyond traditional communications execution. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business priorities, identify compelling stories, bring external perspectives into the organization, and translate complex business, strategic and technical topics into clear and impactful communications. You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of topics — from business performance, innovation and technology to sustainability, people, culture and external partnerships — while developing a deep understanding of our business and the industries we serve. Key Responsibilities Business & Strategic Communications Partner with business and functional stakeholders to understand key priorities and translate them into effective communication strategies and narratives. Develop clear and compelling storylines for business, strategic, innovation and organizational topics. Support leadership communications, including key messages, presentations, talking points and other executive communication materials. Provide communication advice and proactively recommend the right narrative, audience and approach rather than simply executing communication requests. Content & Storytelling Develop high-quality communications content across internal and external channels in both Chinese and English. Turn complex business and technical information into accessible and engaging stories for different audiences. Identify and develop stories that demonstrate business impact, innovation, customer value, sustainability and organizational culture. Maintain strong editorial judgment and ensure consistency, relevance and quality across communications. External Perspective & Trend Insights Stay actively connected to developments in business, technology, industry and society. Identify emerging trends and topics relevant to the company, our customers and employees. Bring fresh outside-in perspectives and proactively identify new communication opportunities. Connect external developments with internal business priorities and help shape relevant corporate narratives. Stakeholder Engagement Build trusted relationships with business leaders, employees and cross-functional stakeholders. Participate confidently in business discussions and contribute a communications perspective. Engage effectively with external partners and other stakeholders when required. Represent the Communications function with professionalism, confidence and sound judgment. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business or another relevant discipline. Typically 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, business communications, corporate affairs, content, consulting, professional services, technology, B2B communications or a related field. Excellent Chinese communication and writing capability, with professional working proficiency in English. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex business or technical topics. Genuine curiosity about business, technology, industry trends and the world beyond communications. Good commercial awareness and the ability to quickly understand customers, markets and business priorities. Confident and engaging communication style, combined with maturity and sound stakeholder judgment. Strong learning agility and willingness to work across unfamiliar and complex topics. Ability to form an independent point of view, challenge constructively and recommend better communication approaches when appropriate.
