- 参与客服接待，处理业主/住户的咨询、投诉及建议
- 跟进物业费用收缴、通知发放等事务性工作
- 协助完成突发事件的上报与初步处理
任职要求：
- 物业管理、公共事业管理等相关专业在校生
- 具备基础的安全防范意识和客户服务理念
- 能保证每周3-5天的实习时间，持续3个月以上
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，沟通表达能力良好
