工作职责:

Position Summary (岗位描述)

• Production process development during new product introduction to ensure new products launch. 负责LEDr新产品导入过程中的生产工艺开发（人/机/料/法/环/测）以确保新产品的成功上市。
• Process control to achieve the production KPIs.负责LEDr生产过程中的工艺控制，以达成关键生产指标。

Key Responsibility (主要职责)

• To establish and maintain the process control system according to IFTA 16949 to meet the customer requirements. 按照IATF16949体系的要求建立和维护分管生产区域的工艺过程控制体系，以满足客户的要求；
• To establish and improve the working instruction /inspection instruction to ensure the conformity and validity between standards and operation (SDCA）. 负责编写作业指导书及设备安全操作规程、过程检验规程等工艺标准文件，并管理控制现场作业文件的有效性和符合性，确保现场的作业标准化工作。
• Be responsible for the qualification training and upgrading training to operators, including but not limited working instructions/process control/quality/problem solving, etc. 负责对一线员工进行上岗及技能提升的培训，包括但不限于作业规程、设备操作规程、工艺控制、质量控制、问题解决的方法等；
• Be responsible for change management towards the production elements, including but not limited Design/***/Machine/Material/Method/Environment/Measurement to ensure the process under control. 负责分管区域生产过程要素（设计、人、机、料、法、环、测，等）的变动管控，以确保该区域的生产过程处于受控状态。
• To cooperate with production team to focus on the problem-proofing （PFMEA/Maintenance）and problem solving（QRQC/PSS）to fulfill the production KPIs（S/Q/C/D/P）. 与生产团队密切配合，并专注于现场问题发生的预防（PFMEA/Maintenance）和问题发生后的快速响应与快速解决（QRQC/PSS），以达成该区域的生产管理目标（安全/质量/成本/按时交货/团队建设）。
• Be responsible for the continuous improvement(PDCA) on process to optimize the process flow/fixtures /new material/new technology /new process/energy saving/efficiency improvement/EHS elements to ensure the improvements of productivity (VAM/MCP). 推动工艺流程的持续改善，包括但不限于工艺流程布局的优化、新治具和新材料替代、新技术（节能、设备、仪器、方法）的引入、作业效率提升、生产现场EHS要素改善等，以不断提升生产力（VAM/MCP等）。
• Be responsible for the industrialization of new products / new generation /new material/new layout/new equipment etc to ensure the related projects launch on time. 负责分管区域新产品、新工艺、新技术、新设备等导入正常生产的工作，编制产线布局和生产流程，组织落实治具/夹具/生产设备及检测仪器的需求、以及新产品的试产和新设备的调试，以达成新产品、新项目的生产目标。
• To implement OE tolls and activities within responsible area to enhance team work/continuous improvements and Problem Solving in a structural and sustainable way. 在负责的区域里开展和落实OE活动，确保以结构化的和系统化的方式开展团队工作、持续改善和问题的解决。
• Other tasks assigned by manager. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职条件:

Qualification (任职者要求)

1、Bachelor's degree or above in Physics, Materials, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related fields;本科及以上学历，物理、材料、工业工程、电子技术工程、自动化等相关专业；

2、Good communication and teamwork skills;具有较好的沟通能力及团队协作能力；

3、Proficient in English reading, writing, and verbal communication;良好的英文读写及沟通能力；

4、Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in production management of LED automotive lighting products is preferred;三年以上相关工作经验，具有LED汽车照明产品的相关生产管理经验者优先

5、Basic knowledge and experience in IE (Industrial Engineering), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean, and related management methodologies;具备基础的IE工业工程、TPM、Lean等相关管理知识和经验

6、Skilled in computer operation and proficient in Microsoft Office software.熟练的电脑及相关office软件的操作技能
