Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all stages of the project life cycle and take on responsibility in various transfer pricing (TP) projects, including TP documentation preparation, TP defense, TP study advisory, etc.
• Apply advanced TP knowledge and economic/financial modeling techniques to address client challenges.
• Manage transfer pricing projects end-to-end, ensuring effective delivery within deadlines.
• Support Partners in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Work closely with other members of the tax team to support, plan, and execute multi-functional or jurisdictional projects.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across service lines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline, with 4–6 years of relevant experience in TP or related fields (experience at a Big Four firm is preferred).
• Professional qualifications such as CICPA, TA, CFA, etc., are an advantage.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with sound knowledge of TP.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel (financial modelling), with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.

Soft Skills:

• Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
• An analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good presentation, communication, and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
