車隊經理

工作內容：

1. 監督車隊及送貨員日常運作，負責人員招募、排班考勤及績效管理，確保團隊運作專業高效。
2. 統籌車隊營運所有行政事項，包括車輛註冊、牌照續期、車險投保及各項法定文件。
3. 定期檢查公司貨車基本狀況（如偈油、水箱、車呔等），安排車輛定期保養、大修及法定驗車。
4. 制定並執行車隊安全守則，定期對司機進行安全培訓；負責處理交通意外、保險理賠及違規罰單。
5. 監控車隊營運成本（油耗、過路費、維修費等），審核各項報銷開支，有效控管年度預算。
6. 建立突發事故（如車輛故障、極端天氣）的應變調配機制，並管理外部維修廠及零件供應商合作關係。

任職資格：

1. 操流利廣東話；
2. 具有3年以上管理車隊經驗；
3. 管理超過30台車（第一線經驗）
4. 懂專案運營，有2個B2B專案經驗運營
5. 持有效香港駕駛執照 (1類, 2類和18類)
6. 有良好工作及駕駛記錄
7. 熟悉香港各區行車路線及交通法規
8. 工作主動、有責任心、具良好服務態度、安全意識高。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the daily operations of the fleet and delivery personnel; responsible for recruitment, scheduling, attendance, and performance management to ensure professional and efficient team operations.
2. Coordinate all administrative matters for fleet operations, including vehicle registration, license renewal, insurance, and various statutory documents.
3. Regularly inspect the basic condition of company vans (e.g., engine oil, radiator, tires, etc.), and arrange for regular maintenance, major repairs, and statutory vehicle inspections.
4. Develop and implement fleet safety rules and conduct regular safety training for drivers; handle traffic accidents, insurance claims, and traffic violations.
5. Monitor fleet operating costs (fuel consumption, tolls, repair costs, etc.), review reimbursement expenses, and effectively control the annual budget.
6. Establish emergency response and dispatch mechanisms for unexpected incidents (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather), and manage partnerships with external repair shops and parts suppliers.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Cantonese
2. 2+ years of fleet management experience;
3. hold a valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 1, 2, and 18)
4. good work and driving record
5. familiar with driving routes and traffic regulations across Hong Kong
6. proactive, responsible, with a good service attitude and high safety awareness.
