售后备件经理（海外售后）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 Key Responsibilities 1. 建立并优化海外配件需求预测模型，提升预测准确性 Build and improve demand forecasting models for overseas parts. 2. 设定安全库存、库存水平，监控现货满足率、周转率及呆滞库存，持续优化库存结构 Set safety stock, min/max levels; monitor fill rate, turnover, and obsolescence to optimize inventory. 3. 与国内备件团队及海外经销商紧密协同，推动计划系统数字化升级 Coordinate with CN parts team and overseas distributors; drivedlgitalization of planning systems. 4. 负责主数据管理 Master data management. 任职要求 Core Qualifications 1. 本科及以上学历，供应链、物流、汽车工程或相关专业优先 Bachelor' degree （Supply Chain, Logistics, Automotive, or related preferred）. 5年以上汽车备件或供应链计划经验，其中至少3年海外备件业务经验 5+ years in automotive parts/supply chain planning, with 3+ years in overseas/international parts business. 3.具备扎实的数据分析及预测建模能力，熟练使用数据分析工具 Strong data analytics and forecasting model skills; proficient with data tools. 4.英语可作为工作语言，具备出色的跨文化沟通能力 English as working language; cross-cultural communication capabllity. 5.注重细节、责任心强，擅长跨部内协作 Detaill-oriented, responsible, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
