电气线束工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 我们正在招聘一名电气线束 / 互连工程师，负责提升移动机器人电气系统的可靠性、可制造性和可维护性。 该岗位主要负责线束设计、连接器选型、应力释放以及工业布线规范，需要要求具备一定的英语沟通能力，能够进行技术交流。

• Wiring Harness & Cable Design 线束与线缆设计 Design wiring harnesses for mobile robots (power, control, communication, sensors) 设计机器人电源、控制、通信、传感器等线束 Define harness routing, branching, and segmentation 规划线束走向、分支与分段 Ensure separation of high-current power and sensitive signals 确保大电流电源与弱信号线路合理隔离
• Connector & Interconnect Selection 连接器与互连设计 Select connectors suitable for vibration and industrial environments 选择适用于振动及工业环境的连接器 Typical experience with TE / AMP, Molex, Amphenol, Deutsch, M8 / M12 connectors 熟悉 TE / AMP、Molex、Amphenol、Deutsch、M8 / M12 等连接器 Define pinouts, locking methods, and derating 定义针脚、锁紧方式和降额设计
• Strain Relief & Mechanical Integration 应力释放与结构配合 Design proper strain relief and cable fixation 设计合理的应力释放和线缆固定 Coordinate with mechanical engineers on harness routing 与结构工程师协作完成线束走线方案
