该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责】 1、统筹区域逾期管控与资产回收策略，对不良率及回收率指标负责； 2、主导高风险逾期项目的资产处置（车辆查找/拖回/变现）及诉讼案件推进； 3、负责区域内贷后团队管理、技能培训及疑难案件攻坚指导； 4、监控催收回款数据，协同前端优化风控政策。 【任职资格】 1、5年以上车贷风控/贷后管理经验，2年以上团队管理经验； 2、精通不良资产处置及诉讼执行全流程，熟悉相关法律法规； 3、具备极强的谈判能力、风险识别意识及数据分析能力； 4、熟练使用Office办公软件，有辖区司法渠道资源者优先
