- 负责天猫/淘系平台的整体推广策略制定与执行，提升店铺流量及转化率
- 策划并实施平台营销活动，包括但不限于直通车、钻展、超级推荐等广告投放优化
- 分析行业动态与竞品策略，定期输出数据报告并提出改进方案
- 协同运营团队完成店铺销售目标，优化产品关键词及搜索排名
任职要求：
- 具备3年以上天猫/淘系平台推广经验，熟悉平台规则与玩法
- 精通各类推广工具的操作及数据分析，能独立制定投放方案
- 对电商行业趋势有敏锐洞察力，具备优秀的营销策划能力
- 良好的团队协作能力与抗压能力，能适应快节奏工作环境
