1. Coordinate and schedule sales activities, including meetings, presentations and customer visits
2. Prepare sales reports, presentations and other documentation as required
3. Manage and maintain customer records and databases
4. Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as data entry, filing and order processing
5. Assist with the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
7. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Inside Sales, Import-Export Coordinator
• Good command of English, both speaking and writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge in Import-Export documentation may be an advantage
