Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with senior executives to align the international people strategy with long-term global business and commercial growth objectives.
2. Enable scalable international expansion by driving workforce planning, risk mitigation, and operational readiness across global entities and sites.
3. Partner with headquarters COEs to deliver localized total rewards, compensation frameworks, and incentive programs that ensure regional competitiveness.
4. Lead international talent acquisition, build succession pipelines, and drive leadership development to sustain multi-country operational capabilities.
5. Foster a high-performing global culture by managing cross-cultural integration and aligning organizational design with corporate standards.
6. Provide data-driven people insights and risk management strategies regarding international labor trends, organizational structures, and workforce health.

Requirement

1. s10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in an international or regional leadership capacity within a fast-scaling global company
2. .Deep operational acumen across multi-country labor environments, cultural nuances, and compliance practices, particularly in North America, Europe, and APAC
3. .Proven background driving human resources infrastructure within industries managing complex global footprints or expanding operational networks
4. .Exceptional cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence within a complex matrix organization
5. .Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively bridge communication between regional business units and global headquarters
