该职位来源于猎聘 工作目标 Objectives: 1. 建立依必安派特(中国)转子工艺开发的标准以及相关的程序. Standardize epCN rotor process development and management procedure document; 工作任务 Tasks: 1. 建立公司有关工艺开发的标准以及相关的程序文件。 Build epCN rotor process development system/standard and management procedure document. 2. 负责组织转子充磁及平衡工艺开发和工艺导入，编写生产设施和装备技术要求, 参与工装设备设计并负责工装 设备的验收。 Responsible for magnetizing process and new balancing process development and introduction, and creating machine/equipment SPEC, take part in the machine/fixture design and acceptance checking. 3. 改进现有的转子工艺，例如，充磁，平衡，压装，拧紧等。 Improve current rotor process, e.g. magnetizing, balancing, pressing, screwing, etc,. 4. 参与电机电磁方案设计,包括磁路设计、绕组设计、磁钢选型与布局等。 Participated in motor electromagnetic design, including magnetic circuit, winding, magnet selection/layout, etc. 5. 积极参与电机或风机转子工艺相关的客户投诉和故障解决 Attend motor or fan assembly process related customer complain and trouble shooting actively. 6. 参与竞品分析和技术预研，推动新材料、新工艺的应用。 Conducted competitor analysis and technical research, promoting the adoption of new materials and processes. 7. 对公司其他部门的工作提供有效的支持。 Provide support to other department when required. 8. 完成上级交代的其他任务。 Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor 岗位要求 Requirements: 1. 本科或硕士学历，机械类、机电一体化相关专业，至少三年以上工作经验。 College degree or above major in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. with at least 3 year’s relevant experience. 2. 熟悉电机转子工艺，如 充磁工艺，平衡工艺，压装，拧紧等。 Familiar with rotor process e.g. magnetizing process, balancing process, pressing, screwing, etc. 3. 具备工艺开发、设备开发和项目管理方面的经验。 Experience with process development, machine building and project management is must. 4. 流利的英语交流能力（书面和口语）。 Fluent in English communication (both written & oral). 5. 熟悉6sigma, DOE,PFMEA,MSA等相关工具及应用优先。 Familiar with 6sigma, DOE,PFMEA,MSA, etc. related quality tools and application is preferred. 6. 熟悉使用Maxwell等至少一种主流仿真工具优先。 Familiar with Maxwell, etc. at least one mainstream simulation tool is preferred. 7. 具有良好的创新思维、学习能力和团队协助能力，对新技术兴趣浓厚； Strong innovation mindset, learning ability, and teamwork skills with a keen interest in new technologies. 8. 具有强烈的责任感和工作主动性，良好的交流和协作技巧。 Solid sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills.
