该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、世界模型的预训练与优化，具身智能通用模型研发； 2、工业向量模型、轻量化LLM 的训练与部署； 3、端侧基座模型的量化、蒸馏与推理优化； 4、深度模型的小样本、少样本学习能力优化。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上计算机/人工智能/数学相关专业； 2、熟练使用 PyTorch，有 CV/NLP 模型开发经验； 3、有世界模型、具身智能、大模型预训练经验者优先。 薪酬与福利（采用底薪+绩效+福利+创新奖体系）： 1.底薪：4000元起 2.绩效：2000元起 3.创新奖：根据创新等级，奖金为1万—20万/项。 4.福利：免费住宿/住房补贴、餐补、节日福利等。 5. 长期激励：优秀者可获得公司期权，共享公司成长收益
