• Manage mechanical engineering team in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM);
• Develop team improvement strategy with company business strategy;
• Make and fulfil team budget related to projects and team resource;
• Create and carry out mechanical team capability development plan as mentor and coach;
• Review and approve mechanical engineering documents and tasks in PLM;
• Work with cross-functional team in global and local projects;
• Work with operation team to resolve technical problem in all supply chain;
• Work with marketing and sales team to provide technical service for customer;

• Appropriate leadership of engineering team;
• Strong English oral and written communication skills;
• Multiple alternative decision in technical concepts;
• Interested at creativity and innovation;
• Able to develop engineer’s improvement plan and mentoring;
• Familiar with NPI and ECM process;
• Experienced in technical document control and structure;
• Mechanical engineering or related, with electric knowledge is a plus; Education and experience:
• Requires a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Requires relevant work experience in R&D , and 3+ years of leader experience in engineering team
