• JOB SUMMARY
• Develop mechanical solutions for products (mobile, Automotive, Medical industries，consumer electronics) from initial concept to production release.
• Work with project team closely to ensure project on time/on quality/on cost delivery.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIE
• Conduct mechanical structure design according to customer technical requirements.
• Do necessary statics /dynamics calculation and tolerance analysis to ensure the design quality.
• Finish the design deliverables such as 2D/3D drawings, DFMEA, DFM assessment, risk analysis etc. 4. trouble shoot all design failures with cross function team during product development stage.
• Work with suppliers to review and release outsourcing parts.
• Collaborate with cross function teams to ensure project targets are fully met. MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
• Majored in mechanical engineering /Mechanics/ Mechanics of Material or related field with a bachelor’s degree. Higher degree is a plus.
• Min 4 years of experience in mechanical design on precise mechatronic products.
• Proven experience in generating technical solutions based on technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Pro-E/UG/Catia design tools.
