What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责开关电源、逆变器等电力电子产品的磁性元件设计与开发，完成磁芯选型、绕组设计及损耗分析；
- 主导高频变压器、电感等磁件的仿真优化与样品制作，确保性能满足； 3.编制磁件技术文档与测试规范，支持量产转化，推动磁件成本降低； 4.协同电源工程师解决EMI、热管理等相关技术难题，提升产品整体可靠性
任职要求：
- 电力电子、电气工程或相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上磁件设计经验
- 精通磁芯材料特性、绕组工艺及高频磁件损耗机理，熟悉ANSYS Maxwell或类似仿真工具
- 具备开关电源磁件独立设计能力，主导过≥2个量产项目，熟悉IEC、UL等安规标准
- 良好的团队协作与问题解决能力，能适应快节奏研发环境
