职位描述 1. 领导团队开展产品开发、交付与生命周期维护等一系列工作，直接对产品的经营结果和市场成功负责。 2. 规划某个业务方向的产品组合，能够不断提升用户体验和产品星级。 3. 制定和管理跨职能部门的产品或者产品包计划，按照产品开发流程，管理和执行产品开发中的关键要素及时作出决策。 4.负责管理产品开发过程，包括从产品立项，研发，量产，客户项目落地的全过程，并不断提高不同团队合作开发的效率和质量。 5.关注团队人员情况，切实落地选育用留。 职位要求 1.熟悉产品开发流程，具备8年以上消费电子类背景经验（有智能手表和音频类产品经验尤佳），负责过海外业务，欧美市场优先。 2.优秀的多维度沟通协调能力及项目管理能力，能够有效串联上下游及前后端。 3.具备精准敏锐的商业判断决策能力，能够把握相关技术、市场、产品等的发展方向。 4.责任心强，对待事物坚韧乐观。 5. 以结果为导向，积极做事，对产品、团队充满热情。 6, 英语流利，可以将其作为工作语言，并且适应快节奏的工作环境。 Job Description 1,Lead the team in product development, delivery, and lifecycle maintenance, directly accountable for product business outcomes and market success. 2,Strategize the product portfolio for a specific business direction, continually enhancing user experience and product ratings. 3,Develop and manage cross-functional product or product suite plans, oversee key elements in product development according to process, and make timely decisions. 4.Manage the product development process from inception, R&D, mass production to customer project implementation, improving efficiency and quality of collaborative development across teams. 5.Monitor team dynamics, effectively recruit, develop, retain, and motivate team members. Job Requirements 1, Familiarity with product development processes, with over 8 years of experience in consumer electronics, including responsibility for overseas business, preferably in European and American markets. 2, Excellent multidimensional communication, coordination, and project management skills, adept at connecting upstream and downstream functions. 3, Precise and sharp business judgment and decision-making ability, adept at identifying technology, market, and product development directions. 4, Strong sense of responsibility, resilient and optimistic in handling challenges. 5, Results-oriented, proactive, passionate about products and teams. 6, Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
