This role involves designing and debugging Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test methods, ensuring the manufacturability and testability of integrated circuits and finished products, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality testing solutions. 软件测试工程师负责制定和执行自动化测试策略，保障产品合规性、安全性及可靠性。岗位涵盖自动化测试设备（ATE）及测试方法的设计与调试，确保集成电路和成品的可测试性和可制造性，并与跨部门团队紧密协作，提供高质量测试解决方案。 Roles and Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Research and implement comprehensive automated testing strategies (DFT) related to compliance, safety, reliability, and product specifications. 研究并执行涵盖合规、安全、可靠性及产品规格的自动化测试策略（DFT）；
• Develop and create Automated Test Equipment (ATE). 开发和设计自动化测试设备（ATE）；
• Evaluate, develop, and debug test methods. 评估、开发和调试测试方法；
• Ensure testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits and finished goods (FG) products. 保障集成电路和成品的可测试性及可制造性；
• Design, create, and test validation and production test hardware solutions. 设计、创建和测试验证及生产测试硬件解决方案。

Qualifications / 任职要求

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing Equipment (ATE) development and testing. 具备3年以上自动化测试设备（ATE）开发及测试经验；
• Proficient in LabVIEW, C#, or VB programming languages. 熟练掌握LabVIEW、C#或VB编程语言；
• Knowledgeable in audio test development is preferred. 具备音频测试开发知识者优先；
• Familiar with factory test processes and workflows. 熟悉工厂测试流程
