• Manage project according SGSI project tools and APQP team
• Interface with customer make sure the project SOP on time, on cost and on quality
• Closely follow up the ramp-up till SOP
• Support engineering change activities
• Manage the development cost, closely follow the PBR, together with SM Dept
• List and follow up all issues of the pilot runs together with Production team.
• Cooperate with project, tooling, planning, production, quality team during development.
• Responsible for customer sample order preparation during whole project phase.
• Cooperate with SM to promote our product on the market
• Contribute on RBC improvement
• Quick response questions or requirements from customer
• Support and assist related WCM work.
• Give production line technical support.
