工艺工程经理

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：

• Lead process feasibility study, risk assessment and investment calculation in project. 主导项目过程工艺可行性研究、风险评估和投资计算。
• Take the lead for the production line design and set up, improve the new products process to achieve the expected productivity, quality and cost targe step by step. 主导生产线的设计和建立，改善新产品工艺，逐步达成预期的效率、质量和成本目标。
• Evaluate process engineering to identify and to address gaps in effectiveness, efficiency and quality, lead the process team to do continuous improvement. 评估工艺过程，识别并解决有效性、效率、质量等方面的差距，带领工艺团队持续改进。
• Lead the process team in process, equipment development and mold development, handle the process actives in project, driving team to deliver the result on time. 在工艺、设备开发和模具开发中带领工艺团队处理项目中的工艺活动，推动团队按时交付结果。
• Regular review process development status and team performance. 定期回顾工艺开发状态和团队绩效。
• Participate the process and equipment concept/design review, introduce new process and new technology, lead or support team with complex issue solving. 参与工艺和设备的概念设计/评审，引入新工艺、新技术，带领或者支持团队解决复杂问题。
• Keep close contact with headquarter to ensure project implementation smoothly. 与总部保持密切联系确保项目顺利实施。 8 Other works assigned by line Manger. 领导安排的其他工作。 任职要求：
• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical ,industrial and automation engineering etc. 本科及以上学历，机械、工业及自动化等相关专业。 2.10+ years of experience in manufacturing process development，Knowledge of plastic molds and injection process is appreciated. 10年以上制造行业工艺开发经验，了解注塑模具和注塑工艺优先。
• Excellent knowledge in lean production，cost analysis and IATF System tools, experience with MES system would be an advantage.

优秀的精益生产，成本分析和IATF系统工具知识，有MES系统经验将是优势。

• Strong organization ability, good communication with Chinese and English 优秀的中英文组织、沟通、协调能力。
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under demanding situations 能够在高要求的情况下管理并且按照优先顺序列出并处理多个任务。 6 Excellent project management skills 优秀的项目管理能力。
• Good problem solving ability and ability to work under pressure. 良好的问题解决能力和能够在压力工作。
