What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.
负责依图纸或产品要求设计经济、高效的模具与零件；
负责模具设计，主导模具设计评审及风险识别与控制；
负责新项目、设变更项目技术可行性评审（DFM）及风险识别及控制方案的拟定（FMEA）；
协助生产单位解决模具异常，参与品质异常的改善。 任职要求： 1.
大专以上学历；男女不限，23－45岁； 2.
三年以上设计工作经验,熟悉五金生产作业流程，能独立设计冲压五金、端子或汽车零部件连续模具；
熟练操作AutoCAD软件（会solidworks\proe软件优先），熟练运用PFMEA分析工具；
了解8D、5WHY、FMEA等分析工具的运用；
熟悉汽车管理体系及汽车行业相关的规范要求，了解质量与安全管理体系；
有较强的协调沟通能力，工作认真负责，有团队精神，服从管理.
