Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the General Manager in coordinating communication with various departments, ensuring instructions are effectively communicated, followed up, and implemented.
2. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, visitor reception, document management, and other daily administrative tasks.
3. Support the General Manager in external communications and business liaison activities, including welcoming and hosting external visitors and VIP guests.
4. Handle ad hoc assignments and administrative tasks delegated by the General Manager, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
5. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the General Manager as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in English, Japanese, Business Administration, International Trade, or other related fields are preferred.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience , with excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle complex situations, and solve problems effectively.
3. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese , with high-level or business-level proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation.
4. Familiarity with Japanese culture, business etiquette, and local customs is highly preferred.
