Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily financial accounting operations of the branch office, including reviewing source documents, bookkeeping, month-end closing, and financial reconciliation.
2. Review and approve employee reimbursement requests and expense claims to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
3. Manage banking relationships and coordinate daily banking transactions. Handle local tax filing, tax reporting, and tax payment activities for the branch office.
4. Oversee branch cash flow and fund management, prepare funding plans for branch operations, submit them to headquarters for approval, and ensure execution within authorized limits.
5. Conduct monthly account reconciliations, monitor key financial indicators, and manage cash flow, operating expenses, and cost control initiatives.
6. Prepare monthly financial summary reports, maintain the general ledger, and compile detailed accounting schedules.
7. Organize and archive accounting vouchers, prepare financial statement notes, conduct financial analysis, and support reimbursement and audit-related activities.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of comprehensive experience in financial management or finance supervisor roles.
2. Professional accounting certification (Junior Accountant or Intermediate Accountant Certificate) is preferred. Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
3. Strong capabilities in financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, internal controls, and risk management.
4. High level of integrity, responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
5. Experience in financial management within international or multinational teams is preferred.
