岗位职责: 1、协助完成宏观经济市场分析，协助制作股权融资市场和各类股权产品特色研究报告； 2、协助股权类产品（IPO、向特定对象发行股票、可转债等）的发行文件准备，严格守合规要求； 3、协助团队完成其他日常事务。 任职要求: 1、2028届及以后毕业的国内外大学，硕士在读或大四保研； 2、具有较强的沟通能力和文字表达能力，有一定的数据分析能力； 3、有股权资本市场部、投行项目组或研究所相关实习经验者优先； 4、每周保证3天以上现场实习时间，实习时间3个月以上； 5、ppt制作能力，数据收集整理能力加分。
职位薪资：
50-80/天
