职位介绍： 作为行李服务实习生，您将为度假区酒店的宾客提供神奇的体验，包括提供迎宾服务；协助宾客办理入住和退房；根据需求为宾客量身定制行程；并提供停泊车辆、行李搬运等相关服务。 工作内容： 保证宾客的行李被妥善的递送和保管 行李服务需要在以下一个或多个职位进行轮岗工作：行李员/ 迎宾员/ 泊车服务/ 行李存储管理/ 行李调度 与宾客保持互动，解答相关问题，如方向指引，提供活动信息等 递送物品至宾客房间，包括但不仅限于行李/快递包裹/留言/其他物品诸如鲜花、礼品等 在需要时，帮助进行行李柜台的运营，包括繁忙时的电话接听和基本的电脑操作 操作上级布置的额外工作 Job Summary: As Bell Service Intern, you will deliver amazing guest service. Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in handling the guest situation. Ensure the safety of amusement rides, theaters and attractions operation to provide a unique Disney experience to our guests. What You’ll Do: Keep SAFETY as the priority focus in operating different types of rides and attractions Assist with Guest crowd control and facilitate the Guest experience at various types of entertainment offerings Assist Guests and Cast Members with directions, event schedules, and/or information or assistance as needed Answer Guest questions and assist with queuing Wisely and properly handle any emergent situations to ensure the safety of guests and cast members Deal with any guest situation professionally Perform additional duties as directed by leaders 职位要求： 具备基本的英文读写及听说能力，能使用英语与宾客沟通 能够接受重复的行李作业 能适应快速的工作节奏 灵活性和适应性（能接受在户外环境中工作以及不同的班次安排） 您需要完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训） Basic English reading, writing and listening skills, able to use English to communicate with guests Ability to perform repetitive tasks Can work in a very fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable (Working at outdoor environment and shifts duty are required) You shall complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
