该职位来源于猎聘 需胶管或其他橡胶制品行业。 Technical Engineer "- To work with global Product team, local Production team, Quality team and other teams (e.g. Sales & Application) to launch new products in Changzhou until PPAP completed.
- Focus on production process improvement during new product validation, aim to increase product quality, reduce scrap and shorten cycle time to target values.
- SAP data input, BOM & Routing creation (Validation phase & after normal production)
- Routing Card creation & PFMEA creation.
- PPAP documents preparation.
- To lead material related VAVE projects to reduce cost.
- To offer technical support to Sales team & Application team
- Other tasks assigned by department manager or supervisor "
Minimum 5 years' working experience in manufacturing industry with Product/Process/IE/Lean Production Mine 2 years' Working experience in foreign company (U.S investment company is preferred)"
PPAP, FMEA & Control Plan knowledge
Good command of English, both written and oral
IATF-16949, Six Sigma & APQP knowledge
