该职位来源于猎聘 负责生产设备的全生命周期管理，包括设备导入、维护、改进与优化，确保设备稳定运行，提升生产效率、质量和安全水平，为工厂持续运营提供技术保障。 The Equipment Engineer is responsible for the full lifecycle management of production equipment, including installation, maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement. The role aims to ensure equipment reliability, improve production efficiency and product quality, and support safe and stable plant operations. 设备维护与可靠性 ｜ Equipment Maintenance & Reliability

• 建立并优化设备维护计划（TPM） Develop and optimize maintenance plans (TPM approach)
• 提升设备OEE（稼动率、良率、效率） Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• 开展故障分析并制定改善措施 Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• 领导维修技术员并负责设备日常维护、预防性维护（PM）及维修 lead maintenance technician and Ensure daily operation, preventive maintenance (PM), and corrective maintenance 设备导入与项目支持 ｜ Equipment Installation & Project Support
• 参与新设备选型、安装与调试 Participate in selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment
• 负责设备验收（FAT/SAT） Lead equipment qualification (FAT/SAT and acceptance)
• 参与新产品导入及工业化项目 Support new product introduction (NPI) and industrialization
• 编制设备技术规范 Define equipment technical specifications 建立设备档案及维修记录 Maintain equipment records and maintenance logs 确保设备符合安全规范与电气标准 Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards 自动化与持续改善 ｜ Automation & Continuous Improvement
• 推动自动化及半自动化改造 Drive automation and semi-automation improvements
• 提供PLC及控制系统技术支持 Provide technical support for PLC and control systems
• 优化生产工艺提升效率 Optimize processes to increase efficiency and stability
• 推动精益生产改善（Lean / Kaizen） Lead Lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives 备件与成本管理 ｜ Spare Parts & Cost Control
• 建立备件管理体系 Establish spare parts management system
• 控制设备维护成本 Optimize maintenance and lifecycle cost
• 支持设备投资预算与分析 Support CAPEX planning and ROI analysis SKILLSETS
• 熟悉机械、电气及自动化系统 Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
• 熟悉PLC（如西门子）， SQL Familiar with PLC

(e.g., Siemens ) and SQL

• 掌握TPM / Lean / 5S Experience with TPM, Lean manufacturing, 5S
• 具备问题分析能力 Strong troubleshooting skills
• 良好沟通与协调能力 Good communication skills
• 具备项目管理能力优先 Project management capability preferred
• 数据分析能力 Data analysis capability
• 基本英语读写能力 Basic English reading and writing Qualification Education background: Bachelor degree or above, major including mechatronics, electrical automation, automatic control, etc. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，专业包括机电一体化、电气自动化、自动控制等。 Work experience: more than 3 years of automation equipment design experience, with solid knowledge of mechanical structure, electrical control and related materials. 工作经验：3年以上的自动化设备设计经验，具备扎实的机械结构、电气控制及相关材料基础知识。
