• Along with the Sales Director, translate the Group/Regional strategies into actionable sales strategies and initiatives in China.
• Manage, develop and expand our dealer network in a profitable manner by ensuring the right customer, market and product mixes.
• Support the Sales Director - China with sales analysis and planning to develop the business strategy to deliver the expected profitable growth for Husqvarna group.
• Develop and manage the sales forecast and planning. Work closely together with Sales Planning and Logistics to ensure alignment on customer priorities within Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Work with Sales Planning and Logistics to ensure the optimal inventory levels, to both ensure adequate customer support, and Group cash flow targets.
• Manage a small regional team to accomplish the sales task in the responsible territory.
• Other responsibilities assigned by Sales Director. Qualifications:
• Relevant education or experience (University degree), with an Engineering or Technical background preferred..
• Leadership experience within Sales and Service ＞2 yrs. Ability and experience to lead and coach a team.
• Workable English skills (read and write).
• Proven and successful track record of developing and implementing sales strategies in China.
• Impeccable business ethics.
• Experience working with a dealer/distributor network.
• Understand the market and plan ahead while understanding the wider implications of actions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence people.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.
