• 主导并管理风力发电机项目的认证过程，确保符合相关标准并按时完成。
• 与内部团队（各个认证评估团队）及外部利益相关者（客户、供应商）进行协调。
• 制定详细的项目计划、时间表、预算及资源分配，确保项目按时、按预算完成认证。  认证过程管理：
• 负责在内外部关联方之间收集、传递所有必要的认证文件。
• 确保符合当地和国际标准（如IEC 61400）。
• 与在内外部关联方密切合作，协调审核、检查和测试过程等的安排。  风险合规管理：
• 识别、评估并管理认证过程中的潜在风险。
• 监控项目执行的成本，确保项目在预定成本内执行完成。
• 监控并解决项目进度或标准偏差等问题。
• 项目交付客户之前，与商务部门确定，商务部分已经闭环。  利益相关方沟通：
• 作为风力发电机认证相关事务的主要联络人。
• 向高层管理人员、客户和合作伙伴定期汇报认证进度。
• 主持与利益相关者的会议，解决问题并确保项目顺利执行。  持续改进：
• 关注风力发电机认证客户的最新潜在需求、并及时传递给部门内部相关商务团队。
• 为提升认证流程的效率，贡献改进内部流程的建议。
• 在各部门内推动持续改进的文化。  Certification Projects Management:

Ÿ Lead and manage the certification process for wind turbine projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and timely delivery. Ÿ Coordinate with internal teams (different competence areas) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers). Ÿ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and on-time certification completion.  Certification Process: Ÿ Collect and express all mandatory documentation between internal and external relevant partners. Ÿ Ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., IEC 61400). Ÿ Work closely with internal and external relevant partners to arrange facilitate audits, inspections, and testing.  Risk and Compliance Management:

Ÿ Identify, assess, and manage potential risks throughout the certification process.

Ÿ Oversee project cost and ensure the execution under cost.

Ÿ Monitor and address any issues or deviations from project schedules or standards.

Ÿ Ensure the commercial contract or payment with commercial department before sending deliverables to clients.  Stakeholder Communication:

Ÿ Act As The Main Point Of Contact For All Matters Related To Wind Turbine Certification. Ÿ Provide Regular Updates To Senior Management, Clients, And Partners On The Progress Of Certification. Ÿ Lead Meetings With Stakeholders To Resolve Issues And Ensure Smooth Project Execution.  Continuous Improvement

Ÿ Stay updated with industry trends, inquiries related and transmit to internal commercial department.

Ÿ Contribute to the development of efficient internal processes to streamline certification activities.

Ÿ Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.

任职要求:  力学、机械工程、可再生能源或相关领域学位。  熟悉或了解IECRE, IEC 61400系列，DNV/GL guideline等认证标准、模块和流程。  13年风能行业经验或与认证相关的项目管理经验。  有与认证机构（如TÜV、DNV）合作的经验  较强的项目管理能力，能够规划、组织和优先处理任务。  出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与多个团队和利益相关者有效合作。  良好的问题解决和决策能力。  熟练使用项目管理工具和办公软件。  能够流利的使用英语表达和书写。  Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanics, mechanical engineering, renewable or a related field.  Familiar with certification standards, their modules and procedures of IEC 61400 series, DNV/GL guideline, etc.  1 3 years’ experience in wind energy industry or project management experience of certification.  Experience working with certification bodies (e.g., TÜV, DNV).  Strong project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.  Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.  Problem-solving and decision-making skills.  Proficiency in using project management tools and office software.  Fluent in English and Chinese, oral and written.
