• 负责制定并执行公司的人力资源战略规划，确保人力资源政策与公司整体战略目标相一致。 2. 主导招聘、培训与发展、绩效管理、员工关系等人力资源模块的日常工作，确保各模块运作顺畅。 3. 设计和实施员工培训计划，提升员工技能与素质，促进个人与组织共同发展。 4. 建立并维护有效的绩效管理体系，确保员工绩效得到公正、客观的评价与反馈。 5. 处理员工关系问题，包括但不限于员工沟通、冲突调解、员工福利与关怀等，营造积极向上的工作氛围。 6. 跟踪并分析人力资源数据，为管理层提供决策支持，优化人力资源配置。
• 本科学历，人力资源管理、心理学、管理学等相关专业优先。 2. 具备3年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉人力资源各模块运作。 3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、组织策划能力和问题解决能力。 4. 熟悉国家及地方劳动法律法规，具备良好的法律风险意识。 5. 熟练使用办公软件及人力资源管理信息系统，具备数据分析能力。 6. 责任心强，具备团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力。
