1、具有代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。 2、具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力。 3、能够与宾客、员工和第三方良好互动，树立酒店、华邑品牌以及公司的良好形象。 4、2年酒店业客户服务或销售经验及一年相关职位经验，或教育背景加工作经验达到同等水平。 5、流利的英语口语能力以及较好的英语读写能力。
