1、熟悉特色鸡尾酒以及点餐菜单，准备好回答宾客有关烹饪时长、菜品成分以及烹饪方法的问题。 2、在可能的情况下，利用建议的销售技巧进行升级销售，帮助实现酒店收益的最大化。 3、安全妥善地存储制作好的食物、饮料，以及备料和设备确保部门的以下各项工作就绪为客人提供服务。 4、提供高效服务。 5、及时、高效地根据业务预告补充物料；发现备料不足情况后及时上报主管。 6、迅速、高效地清理和清洁桌面在当班时间内，保持宾客用餐区和食品饮料制作区的清洁和有序。 7、安全、准确地完成收款工作。
