• 负责公司在昆明地区的市场开拓与业务发展，制定并执行区域业务拓展计划，完成既定业绩目标。 2. 深入了解当地市场需求与竞争环境，挖掘潜在客户资源，建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系。 3. 协同公司内部团队推进项目落地，确保业务合作顺利实施，提升客户满意度与合作深度。 4. 定期收集市场反馈信息，分析行业动态，为公司战略决策提供有效支持。 5. 参与重点项目的商务谈判与合同签订，推动合作达成并保障合规性。
• 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、商务经济等相关专业优先。 2. 具备3年以上销售或业务拓展相关工作经验，有本地资源或行业资源者优先考虑。 3. 具备较强的市场分析能力、沟通协调能力和商务谈判能力，能够独立开展业务工作。 4. 具有良好的职业操守和团队合作意识，抗压能力强，适应短期出差。 5. 熟悉昆明地区市场环境，具备快速融入当地商业生态的能力。
