• Full-Stack Development
• Design and implement scalable web applications from concept to deployment.
• Develop both front-end (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and back-end components (Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python frameworks like Django/Flask).
• Ensure code quality through unit/integration testing and code reviews.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Communicate effectively in English during meetings, documentation, and cross-team discussions.
• Innovation & Optimization
• Explore emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML and LLM-based solutions, to enhance product capabilities.
• Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.
• Technical Leadership (For Senior Candidate)
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Make informed decisions on technology stack, frameworks, and tools.

Requirement

• University graduate and above with at least 3 years data project implementation experiences in such as developing data applications with AI/ Machine Learning/ advanced algorithms.
• Proficient in backend and frontend technologies.
• Familiar with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite), version control systems (e.g., Git), and performance optimization techniques.
• Life insurance business knowledge is preferred
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
