• Development core process

Part of RD project, support spindle/Alu tube production feasibility & cost evaluation, develop & formulate spindle machining & aluminum tube processing to match RD drawing.

Program preparation & tool/cutter selection, support RD sample making & prepare future mass production, strictly control processing accuracy & quality.

Complete trajectory program of robot welding, debug laser cutting/milling/welding parameters for deskline columns, solve deformation & welding defects & other process problems.

• Support local customized deskline columns business.

Work with sales & EP to complete customized columns production feasibility & cost evaluation refer customer drawing/accuracy/special request, develop fixture & cutting/welding process, complete sample pilot run & verification.

• As leader or key member of Mechanical part localization project from oversea. Schedule project with LAS/LSK/LTH team to follow LINAK transferring procedure, break down Human/material/equipment/method/environment to achieve local mass production. Ensure LCN production quality performance same with global.
• Standardized Compilation and Management of Process Documents

Prepare standardized documents including PFMEA/SOP, CNC program, process record and quality inspection standards; update documents timely with process changes in production follow PCN procedure.

• Production site technical support & process optimization. Provide professional technical guidance and operation training for CNC machines, thread rolling machines, laser cutters and robotic welding equipment on the production; fix process issue for mass production, correct deviation, reduce downtime & defect scrap. Improve fixture/tooling, continuously optimize core parameters of processing, welding and cutting, production balance to reduce CT through lean project.

Requirements:  Mechanical engineering background. Design for fixture/tooling is perfect.  Experience on CNC rolling/Machining process. Familiar with PFMEA & quality tooling to make sure high quality level.  Experience on Robot welding process, familiar with FANUC robot is perfect.  Good project management skill. Work with Europe team for localization project.  With lean skill & project experience. Optimize production process through lean project to achieve cost reduction.  Good program ability is perfect. Such as ESPRIT.
